STRUCTURE
The
following pricing applies to Australian customers
only (pricing for other parts of the world, inlcuding
NZ are available on request)
Getting
Started - To help you set up Volunteer Impact
and learn how to use it, there is an initial 'one
time' set up fee of $AU995 (+gst)
plus an annual maintenance fee which is based on the
number of active volunteers you have in your program
(see table below)
Once
you are up and running you need pay only the annual
maintenance fee each year afterwards
Not
only do we provide you with the software, we help
you with the transition into using it.
The
set up fee includes:
- consultation on how to best
emulate your current volunteer application form
into an online database
- importing your volunteer
contact information
- customizing the software
to emulate your current volunteer application form
- adding a custom graphic
to the top of your pages in MyVolunteerPage.com
- three hours of training
and customer support
