Martin J Cowling (BA, Psych, Grad Dip Adult education & Training, Grad dip Human Resource Management) has worked in key management roles for organisations including UNICEF, AIDS Council of NSW, AFS Intercultural programs and The Smith Family. He has strong coaching, training, human resource and volunteer management skills and is renowned internationally as an entertaining, practical and helpful speaker.

Martin believes that people are the key to an organisation’s success or often the very reason for failure and he is passionate about ensuring organisations and their staff (both paid and unpaid) have mutually beneficial relationships.

He is determined to see the volunteer sector become as strong and effective as possible, achieve community goals whilst giving people who volunteer life changing experiences.
